All our staff are qualified/experienced, holding qualifications such as QTS, CACHE, NNEB & BTEC, all hold current Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checks and three references are taken.
We have two EYPS staff members.
Staff are chosen for their caring/ nurturing attitudes.
We operate with;
1:3 ratio in the Bumble Bee area
1:4 ratio in the Caterpillar area
1:6 ratio in the Butterflies area
The owner/managers are in the nursery daily.
We support student nursery nurses who are studying for their Level 2 certificates, whilst gaining experience in a nursery setting. They all also hold current CRB checks.
All staff/management have first aid & food hygiene certificates & participate in on-going training courses.
