Because we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage, we are registered for Early Years Free Entitlement

Meals

Breakfast, Lunch with dessert and High Tea are provided.

Breakfast is served between 8am-9am.

Lunch is a hot home-cooked meal with dessert, prepared by our in-house cook.

Tea is a light snack prepared by our cook and served approx 4pm.

The Nursery provides healthy snacks & drinks mid morning.

Dietary requirements are catered for.

Garden

Children will have use of the garden at least twice a day. They will be taken out in their classes. They will be led out down the stairs, ensuring that each child holds on to the handrail. A First Aid box for use in the garden, is located on the lower ground floor. The garden is equipped with slides, climbing frames and bikes suitable to the children's age group.
The garden is used wherever possible in all weathers and is fitted with Astroturf.
The garden is also equipped with toys & resources to support the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Staff to child ratios are maintained.

School Pick-Up

We offer a limited number of school pick-up places from our local school, Cottesmore St Mary's, for reception children that are attending school part-time.

Occasional Register

If circumstances dictate that you only need a Nursery space on varied days occasionally, you can register your child with us & providing we have a place in the Nursery, it will be made available to you.

Summer Holidays

During the Summer Holidays if you find childcare a problem or your playgroup is closed. We can offer a holiday club for the 2-5 yr olds, a deposit is not required for this facility.
